Outlook Express Mail Users

Go to Tools > Accounts > Mail TAB

Click on: Add followed by Mail
Display name: <name of your choice>
Email address: <your email address@cariaccess.com>
Incoming mail (POP3): mail.cariaccess.com
Outgoing mail(SMTP): mail.cariaccess.com
Click on: Next
Account name: <your account name>
Password: <your password>
Click on: Next
Click On: Finish
Select Account Name from list
Click on: Properties
Servers TAB
Select: My Server Requires Authentication (at the bottom of window)
